According to this theory, a billion years ago the universe was in a steady state and it was a point. Astro physicists named this point as 'The Point Of Singularity'. There was an extreme level explosion in this point and the universe started to expand to the infinity.
Due to big bang the point of singularity diffused and the fractions like photons and leptoquarks spilled far away in the void. And galaxies were made by that particles that are rotating today.
